Our vineyard and our work

Our vineyard lies in Villelongue-d’Aude, a village in the Pays Cathare. The vines grow on hillsides among oak forests and Mediterranean scrubland.

The climate blends Mediterranean sunshine with Atlantic influence and the freshness of altitude, creating favourable conditions for grapes used in our sparkling wines.

Our great-grandparents were already making Blanquette for family and friends. They passed down their craft and their passion for sparkling wine. Blanquette de Limoux Méthode Ancestrale remains our speciality.

We believe in simple winemaking that respects the environment, and care for our vines and soils throughout the growing season.

Michèle’s name appears on every bottle. Her energy, character and deep knowledge have helped shape the reputation of our family vineyard. She is a tireless ambassador for Blanquette de Limoux Méthode Ancestrale, welcoming visitors and sharing the story of this distinctive wine.

Her sons are proud to honour her by keeping her name close to every bottle.
