Cherry-red in colour, with lightly toasted aromas and red-fruit notes. The balanced palate has gentle tannins and a hint of liquorice on the finish.

The grapes are destemmed and sorted, then undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration and traditional temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
