Tasting notes
Bright golden colour with brioche and yellow-fruit aromas. The palate is smooth and balanced, with lively freshness and a lingering finish.
Winemaking
Hand-harvested from selected plots, gently pressed and settled by cold clarification. Fermented in oak barrels and aged for nine months in the same barrels.
