Tasting notes
Sunny yellow with fine bubbles and baked-apple aromas characteristic of Mauzac. A generous, harmonious palate with biscuit notes and a long finish; serve with dessert.
Winemaking
Very ripe grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts is stopped by filtration; the wine is bottled without added sugar for natural effervescence.
